Although it has been shown that both Nutrition AND Fitness are factors within a healthy lifestyle, we understand that different people have different goals. If you would like to use our services individually (i.e. nutrition OR fitness) then please send us an email detailing what your goals are and which aspect you would like assistance with, whether you’re looking to broaden your horizons with regards to nutrition or gently ease yourself back into exercise, we will be able to help.

8 week package: If you are looking for an overhaul or even just tweaks in your eating and fitness habits then the standard 8 week programme may be what you’re looking for. It’s also a cheaper alternative to booking the sessions separately.

Each subsequent 8 week programme is available at a discounted price.

6 sessions for £180: If you’re working to a budget and have specific goals in mind then our value package provides the opportunity for you to choose either 6 nutrition sessions, 6 fitness sessions or a mixture of both for just £180 and the sessions can be used whenever you would like.

Bespoke Packages: If you’ve got an idea of what you’d like to achieve and you’ve got a budget and timescale, we can design a package to suit you.

Once you have reached your goals, you may choose to opt for our Maintenance Programme for £50: This involves contact with your personal trainer and nutrition consultant every other week. This can be through any means eg. email, phone call, text, Skype etc. You will also be able to contact us whenever you need to as we understand that support is often still required once your target weight is reached.

Payment options include BACS payment and cash. This can be either a lump sum, monthly or fortnightly payments or pay as you go – depending on what has been agreed.
